The consignor assumes all risks of loss or damage to their items (including shoplifting) while in our possession. The consignor grants permission for their items to be used for promotional purposes online and made available in our online store to maximise sales opportunities. The acceptance and pricing of any item into stock will be determined solely by Mint Consignment.

The consignor agrees to take full responsibility for maintaining contact with Mint Consignment in the event any issues arise. Consignors will be notified whether they wish to collect their returned items. If "Yes" is selected, these items will be held for a period of one week (7 days) from the date the "Returns" email is sent. After this period, they will be disposed of at Mint Consignment’s discretion. If "No" is selected, the items will be donated or recycled according to Mint Consignment's discretion.

Items will be marked down by 50% of their initial price after being in stock for 4 weeks. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
