Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in New Zealand for a flat $10 NZD. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery usually taking 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking info once your order’s on the way.

As a consignment store, we don’t offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival—as outlined in the Consumer Guarantees Act. If that happens, get in touch within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.
