As we are selling on behalf of the consignors, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, you may choose to resell the item through our store. Should you have any questions or concerns about an item, we are more than happy to assist and provide additional information.

In the rare event that a mistake is made on our part, such as displaying incorrect product details online (e.g., failing to note a fault or error in the description), we will issue a store credit to the buyer as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that this store credit will only be provided in situations where there was an error in how the item was presented online or in store.

If you believe there is an issue with an item, please contact us promptly, and we will investigate the matter. If the item is still available for sale, we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
